Most problems people experience is a rapid decline in performance of the car. Either it no longer moves or it is very sluggish, even jitters along.
What I do recommend for new car owners is to charge the car, run it until it is out of power, then recharge again. Do this at least 3 times. This will ensure you have optimum performance of the rechargeable battery in the car.
If this does not solve the issue, then follow the following steps as more than likely the back wheels have hair and fluff caught which will cause the above symptoms.

Right! Lets get our hands dirty!

1. Turn the car over onto its back. Your first task is to unclip the back wheels. You will need to be careful in doing this to not bend the axle.

2. To take off the body, unclip the front of the car first.

3. The motor will need to be taken out. There will be a metal heat-sink clip holding the motor in place. You can unclip the heat-sink from the back.

4. Now slide off the larger gear and clean-out the hair and fluff that has accumulated around the spindle. You can also pull off the small gear from the motor so you can clean the fluff from the motor bit too.

5. Re-assemble the car in reverse of the instructions above and test the car. It should now be in working condition.
